ppp ipcp remote-address forced

Function

The ppp ipcp remote-address forced command disables the peer from using its own IP address when the FW assigns an IP address to it.

The undo ppp ipcp remote-address forced command restores the default setting, which allows the peer to use its own IP address.

Usage Guidelines

By default, the peer is allowed to use its own IP address.

Example

# Disallow the peer to use its own IP address when the FW assigns an IP address (10.1.1.1) to it.
