Function

The mask manual-clear alarm command enables the function of masking manually-deleted alarms.

The undo mask manual-clear alarm command restores the enabling status of the function of masking manually-deleted alarms to the default status.

By default, the function of masking manually-deleted alarms is disabled.

Usage Scenario

To avoid reporting manually-deleted alarms before they are cleared, run the mask manual-clear alarm command to enable the function of masking manually-deleted alarms.

Configuration Impact

After the mask manual-clear alarm command is run to enable the function of masking manually-deleted alarms, when you run the clear alarm active { all | sequence-number sequence-number } command or use hwAlarmActiveTable in the MIB table to delete the information about active alarms, deleted alarms are not repeatedly reported before they are cleared.
