The timer query command configures the interval for sending IGMP general query messages globally. The interval is also called general query interval.
The undo timer query command restores the default configuration.

By default, the interval for sending IGMP general query messages is 60 seconds.
The function of this command is the same as that of the igmp timer query command used in the interface view, except the function range. The configuration in the IGMP view is globally valid in the instance, whereas the configuration in the interface view is valid only for the current interface. The system prefers the configuration in the system view. The configuration in the IGMP view is used only when the configuration in the interface view is not done.
