(Optional) Configuring the RADIUS Escape Function

Context

To improve network reliability and meet users' basic network access requirements when the RADIUS server is Down, you can configure the RADIUS server escape function on the device.

Procedure

Run system-view
The system view is displayed.
Run aaa
The AAA view is displayed.
Run the service-scheme service-scheme-name command to configure a service scheme.
Run quit
Return to the AAA view.
Run quit
Return to the system view.
Run authentication-profile name authentication-profile-name
The authentication profile view is displayed.
Configure authorization information.
Run authentication event authen-server-down action authorize { service-scheme service-scheme-name }

Network access rights are configured for users when the authentication server is Down.

By default, no network access right is configured for users when the authentication server is Down.
