Troubleshooting DNS Filtering

This section describes how to troubleshoot DNS filtering.

DNS Filtering Is Configured But Does Not Take Effect: The control action is set to block for the DNS category to which a domain name belongs, but users can still access this domain name.

Authorized Access to a Domain Name Is Blocked After DNS Filtering Is Configured: After DNS filtering is configured, authorized access to a domain name is blocked.
