This section describes how to configure DSVPN on the web UI.
You should select configuration methods based on application scenarios.
| Application Scenario | Configuration Description |
|---|---|
| Basic scenario | See Configuring Branches and Configuring the Headquarters. |
| Active/Standby Hub backup | See Configuring Branches and Configuring the Headquarters. Note that the Spokes need to register on both active and standby Hubs. Therefore, you must specify the tunnel IP addresses of both active and standby Hubs on Spokes. |
| Hub load balancing | See Configuring Branches and Configuring the Headquarters. In the load balancing scenario, Hub 1 and Hub 2 need to establish an mGRE tunnel to forward NHRP packets. For example, Hub 1 registers on Hub 2. In this case, Hub 1 functions as a Hub for its Spokes and also a Spoke for Hub 2. That is, Hub 1 is cascade headquarters. Therefore, you must configure Hub 1 as cascade headquarters and Hub 2 as the headquarters. |
