Configuring the Negotiation WINS Server Address

Procedure

1. Access the system view.

   system-view

2. Access the interface view.

   interface interface-type interface-number

3. Enable the device to use any WINS server address proposed by the peer end.

   ppp ipcp nbns request

   By default, the device does not request for the IP address of the WINS server from the peer end.
