Function

The cluster track interface command configures the cluster to track interfaces.

The undo cluster track interface command disables the cluster from tracking interfaces.

Format

cluster track interface interface-type interface-number [ weight weight-value ]

undo cluster track interface interface-type interface-number

Parameters

Parameter	Description	Value
interface-type interface-number	Specifies the interface type and number.	-
weight weight-value	Specifies the weight.	The value is an integer ranging from 1 to 10. The default value is 1. The health rating reduction value = weight * fault deduction.

Usage Guidelines

By default, the cluster does not track interfaces.

Configuration Impact

After the cluster is configured to track an interface, if the interface is down, the device health degree decreases, triggering the master/backup switchover in the service group.
