Usage Guidelines

Before configuring the dialer timer enable command, run the dialer user command to enable Resource-Shared DCC or run the dialer enable-circular command to enable Circular DCC.

When the local end calls the peer end, if the link is always busy or the dialup fails, use the dialer timer enable command to set the interval for initiating the next call to avoid the overload of switching devices.

Example

# Set the interval for DCC to initiate the next call on Dialer 0 to 5 seconds.

<sysname> system-view
[sysname] interface Dialer 0
[sysname-Dialer0] dialer timer enable 5
